2. Service Description

Scepter Of Miral provides professional cleaning services in Ankara including:

• Complete Home Cleaning – ₺750
• Quick Touch – ₺600
• Custom Care – ₺500
• Workspace Fresh-Up – ₺350
• Family Plan – ₺1,200
• Children's Room Care – ₺400
• Total Comfort – ₺1,500

3. Booking and Payment

All cleaning service bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the cleaning area
• Removing valuable items from cleaning areas
• Informing us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Ensuring pets are secured during cleaning
• Providing necessary utilities (water, electricity)
